Following the WE LEAD Global Conference in New York in 2009, Barcelona in 2010, and Tokyo, Japan in 2011
WE LEAD 2012 will hold TWO EVENTS in California, USA!
JOIN just ONE of the events or BOTH which will be held BACK-TO-BACK
(1) WE LEAD Global Conference September 7- 9, 2012 - Los Angeles, USAThis will be OPEN TO ALL those interested in Leadership (not just CTI grads) and one of the purposes of it will be a platform for graduates' Leadership work in the world (workshops, products etc) and to hear Speakers and others with transforming and inspirational presentationa. Still there is the GLOBAL focus as we are so eager to cross-pollinate! We just had our first one like this last year on Tokyo, Japan and it was an amazing experience with over 300 people!
This will be a mix of Keynotes, panels, world cafe (whole group) and breakout groups (YOUR workshops etc) and most probably an experiential element as well! It will consist of an "inter-breeding" of cultural and leadership styles and flavors.
(2) WE LEAD Global Graduate Gathering "G3" 
September 10-12, 2012 - Los Angeles, USA
This is the 'GRAD-ONLY' event like we had in NYC in 2009 and Barcelona in 2010. This will either precede of follow the WE LEAD Global Conference in the days before or after. This event holds the purpose of building and strengthening the community of Leadership Graduates and supporting us all to have a greater, global and sustainable impact on the world AND to celebrate the WE!
Both will continue to move globally in the years to come.
